Rooms are clean. Staff are polite, warm and friendly. Location was perfect for us. Great sunrise view from our room. Breakfast selection was good.

I wasn’t a guest at the hotel, just someone who had my luggage stolen nearby. Cynthia at the front desk didn’t hesitate to help—she checked cameras, made calls, and even walked with me to search the area. Thanks to her, I got my things back. She went way above and beyond for someone she didn’t even know. I’m incredibly grateful.

I recently stayed at ACP Hotel with my mother who was visiting me from out of state for a week. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me and my mother feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for with housekeeping on request. The location was perfect – close to great restaurants and attractions, yet still a peaceful retreat. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a full hot breakfast with fresh fruit always available. Their pool was clean, very refreshing and the hot tub the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The amenities were exceptional – the pool was clean and refreshing,  the hot tub area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The fitness center was well-equipped for getting in those workouts. The laundry room was convenient and kept very clean, making extended stays a breeze. Although we didn’t use them, the spacious conference rooms looked ideal for hosting events or meetings. The business center was well-appointed and easily accessible. Even the elevators stood out – they always smelled amazing, like a refreshing, luxurious perfume. ACP Hotel truly thought of everything to make guests feel pampered and at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is what truly sets ACP Hotel apart. I can’t wait to return and I highly recommend ACP Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the heart of Chinatown!

Location was key for us. Breakfast was above average. Rooms for good. I would stay here again.

The room is outdated but decent overall — clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the air conditioning was very loud, which made it hard to sleep at times, not recommended for quiet sleeper. The hotel itself is okay surrounding around small strips of restaurant and gas stations nearby which is good if you want to go out at night if you just need a place to rest and don’t care much then it is fine but there’s a better competition around the area for the same price Also, as others have mentioned breakfast is only allowed for 2 people per room, even if you book double bed, which caught me surprise as well , as you would think for the same price at Hitlon/ Mariott you would get a better deal. It’s not like they serve more superior quality food My advice is: Don’t be fooled by the look outside but I rate it fairly because it does the job as a hotel for resting, but definitely can be improved in many areas for more pleasant experiences

It's affordable and the location is great. Couldn't enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi cause it wasn't clean and the Jacuzzi wasn't working, But the laundry and gym was good.

Location is 4 because it’s Houston. Everything has been clean, it’s nice and quiet, the breakfast was amazing. If we ever need to come back to Houston we will definitely come here first.

November 7th-9th,2025 and I had no problem with anything..it’s an odor when you walk in and it’s because it’s a Chinese restaurant area inside the lobby that serve delicious lunch otherwise it’s fit to stay.
